Abstract
Mazkur maqolada Kuper testining yaratilish tarixi, nazariy asoslari, sport va jismoniy tarbiya tizimidagi o‘rni hamda aerob chidamlilikni baholashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, testni o‘tkazish metodikasi, uning natijalarini tahlil qilish usullari va jismoniy tayyorgarlikni rivojlantirishdagi amaliy ahamiyati ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida Kuper testining sportchilar, talaba-yoshlar va umumiy aholi jismoniy tayyorgarligini baholashda sodda, ishonchli va samarali usullardan biri ekanligi asoslab berilgan.
