Abstract
Ushbu maqola kasbga yo‘naltirish tizimini takomillashtirishda innovatsion texnologiyalarning roli va samaradorligini tahlil qiladi. Sun’iy intellekt (AI), virtual reallik (VR) va raqamli maslahat platformalari shaxsiylashtirilgan kasb tanlash jarayonlarini rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi muhokama etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ushbu texnologiyalar yoshlarning kasbiy malakalarini rivojlantirish, mehnat bozorining ehtiyojlariga moslashish va ta’lim jarayonining samaradorligini oshirish imkonini beradi. Maqola kasbga yo‘naltirish jarayonlarining kelajakdagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlarini ham tahlil qiladi.
