Abstract
Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida inson resurslarini strategik boshqarishning nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Unda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonida mehnat bozorining o‘zgarishi, xodimlar kompetensiyalariga qo‘yilayotgan yangi talablar, inson kapitali, raqamli ko‘nikmalar, masofaviy mehnat, sun’iy intellekt, HR-analitika va tashkilotlarda strategik kadrlar siyosatining o‘rni yoritiladi. Maqolada inson resurslarini strategik boshqarish tashkilotning raqobatbardoshligi, innovatsion salohiyati va barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlovchi asosiy omillardan biri sifatida baholanadi.
