Abstract
Ushbu maqolada talabalarda vaqtni to’g’ri boshqarish ko’nikmalarini shakllantirish masalasi ko’rib chiqilgan. Zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar davrida talaba yoshlar orasida vaqtni samarasiz sarflash, prokrastinatsiya va axborot-kommunikatsiya vositalariga haddan tashqari bog’liqlik kabi muammolar keng tarqalganligi ta’kidlangan. Mazkur muammolarning yechimi sifatida Pomodoro texnikasi, Parkinson qonuni, Pareto prinsipi (80/20 qoidasi), Eyzenxauer matritsasi va SMART maqsad qo’yish metodi kabi ilmiy asoslangan usullar tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko’rsatadiki, ushbu usullarni izchil qo’llash talabalarda vaqtdan unumli foydalanish, diqqat va mehnat samaradorligini oshirish imkonini beradi.
