Abstract

The use of Pen Pals among English learners has gained attention as a practical and innovative method to enhance language proficiency and cultural awareness. This article explores the benefits and challenges of using Pen Pals programs as a tool for English language acquisition, focusing on their impact on communication skills, motivation, and intercultural competence.
