Abstract
Ushbu mаqolаdа inson kapitalini boshqarishning tashkilotlar faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni tadqiq etilgan. Xodimlarning bilim va salohiyatini rivojlantirish, ularni rag‘batlantirish hamda zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlaridan foydalanishning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari inson kapitalini samarali boshqarish mehnat unumdorligini oshirish, tashkilotlarning raqobatbardoshligini mustahkamlash va ularning barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi.
