Abstract
Mazkur maqolada xizmatlar sohasi korxonalarida oziq-ovqat yo‘qotishlari va chiqindilarining iqtisodiy, ekologik hamda ijtimoiy oqibatlari tadqiq etilgan. Oziq-ovqat ta’minoti zanjirining ishlab chiqarish, qayta ishlash, taqsimlash va savdo bosqichlarida yuzaga keladigan yo‘qotishlar tahlil qilinib, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini ijtimoiy maqsadlarda qayta taqsimlash imkoniyatlari baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini utilizatsiya qilish o‘rniga ehtiyojmand qatlamlarga yetkazib berish iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirish, chiqindilar hajmini kamaytirish va ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlashning muhim vositasi hisoblanadi.
