Abstract
Mazkur maqolada lean manufacturing tizimining korxonalarda operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish va moliyaviy samaradorlikni oshirishdagi roli tadqiq etilgan. Lean manufacturingning asosiy tamoyillari, jumladan Just-in-Time (JIT), Kaizen, Kanban, 5S metodologiyasi va qiymat oqimini xaritalash usullarining ishlab chiqarish jarayonlariga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, lean tizimini turli sanoat tarmoqlarida joriy etish natijasida yuzaga keladigan iqtisodiy samaradorlik, foyda marjasi, investitsiya rentabelligi (ROI) va resurslardan foydalanish darajasidagi o‘zgarishlar o‘rganilgan. Maqolada Lean Industry 4.0 konsepsiyasi asosida avtomatlashtirish, sun’iy intellekt va IoT texnologiyalarining lean manufacturing bilan integratsiyalashuvi ham yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari lean manufacturing tizimini kompleks joriy etgan korxonalarda xarajatlarning kamayishi, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligining oshishi hamda uzoq muddatli moliyaviy barqarorlikka erishish imkoniyatlari yuqori ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
