Abstract
Mazkur maqolada kapital bozorini huquqiy tartibga solishda xalqaro standartlar va O‘zbekiston milliy qonunchiligini uyg‘unlashtirish masalalari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda IOSCO tamoyillari, G20/OECD korporativ boshqaruv prinsiplari, Jahon banki va Xalqaro valyuta jamg‘armasining mahalliy valyutadagi obligatsiyalar bozorini rivojlantirishga oid yondashuvlari, shuningdek, ‘law and finance’ nazariyasi doirasidagi ilmiy qarashlar asos qilib olindi. Maqolada kapital bozori faqat qimmatli qog‘ozlarni chiqarish va ularning muomalasini tashkil etish bilan cheklanmaydigan, balki investorlar huquqlarini himoya qilish, korporativ boshqaruv, axborot oshkoraligi, bozor infratuzilmasi, professional ishtirokchilar faoliyati, regulator mustaqilligi, transchegaraviy listinglar, derivativlar, sekuritizatsiya va sud-huquqiy himoya mexanizmlarini o‘z ichiga oluvchi murakkab huquqiy-iqtisodiy tizim sifatida yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida xalqaro standartlarni milliy qonunchilikka mexanik ko‘chirish yetarli emasligi, ularni milliy institutsional muhit, sud amaliyoti, davlat ulushi yuqori bo‘lgan korporativ sektor, investorlar bazasi va moliyaviy infratuzilma imkoniyatlari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish zarurligi asoslantiriladi.
