Abstract

Podagra purin almashinuvi buzilishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan surunkali metabolik-yallig‘lanish kasalligi hisoblanib, uning asosida giperurikemiya va mononatriy urat kristallarining to‘qimalarda to‘planishi yotadi. Zamonaviy bioximik va molekulyar tadqiqotlar podagra patogenezida ksantinoksidaza fermentining giperaktivligi, oksidlovchi stress, inflammasoma signal tizimlari, urat transporterlari hamda immunometabolik o‘zgarishlarning muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatmoqda. Ushbu maqolada purin metabolizmining asosiy fermentativ bosqichlari, siydik kislotasi biosintezi, NLRP3 inflammasoma aktivatsiyasi, IL-1β vositasidagi yallig‘lanish reaksiyalari, oksidlovchi stress va genetik determinantlar zamonaviy ilmiy ma’lumotlar asosida kompleks tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida 2015–2025-yillarda chop etilgan xalqaro ilmiy maqolalar, meta-tahlillar va klinik kuzatuv natijalari o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar podagrada giperurikemiya nafaqat metabolik marker, balki kuchli proinflamator va prooksidant omil ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Ksantinoksidaza faolligining oshishi natijasida reaktiv kislorod shakllari generatsiyasi kuchayib, hujayraviy redoks-gomeostaz buzilishi, mitoxondrial disfunksiya va sitokin kaskadlari aktivatsiyasi kuzatilishi aniqlandi.
