Abstract
Ushbu maqolada «Elektron hukumaT»va “elektron boshqaruv” tushunchalarining mohiyati, ularning o‘zaro farqli jihatlari hamda zamonaviy davlat boshqaruvidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekiston Respublikasining ushbu sohadagi qonunchilik bazasi va xalqaro reytinglardagi o‘rni ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, davlat xizmatlarini raqamlashtirishdan davlat boshqaruvining to‘liq raqamli ekotizimiga o‘tishning huquqiy muammolari va istiqbollari yoritilgan. Maqola yakunida milliy elektron boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirishga doir taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
