Abstract
Ushbu maqolada an’anaviy to‘g‘ri chiziqli sovutish kanallari va zamonaviy konformal sovutish tizimlarining dizayni, issiqlik uzatish mexanizmlari, CFD simulyatsiyalari va real eksperimental natijalari chuqur tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, konformal kanallar qism konturiga imkon qadar yaqin va parallel joylashgani uchun issiqlikni bir xilda olib tashlaydi, tsikl vaqtini 20–50% gacha qisqartiradi va deformatsiyani sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Maqola Moldflow, ANSYS Fluent va boshqa dasturlardagi simulyatsiyalar hamda sanoat tajribalariga asoslanadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, murakkab geometriyali qismlar uchun konformal sovutish eng samarali yondashuv hisoblanadi, ammo uning joriy etilishi qo‘shimcha ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalarini talab qiladi.
