Abstract
The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed the field of language education, leading to the widespread adoption of online teaching methods alongside traditional classroom instruction. This article examines the differences between online and traditional English teaching methods, focusing on their effectiveness, advantages, and limitations. It explores how each approach impacts learners’ language development, motivation, and engagement. The study also considers the role of technology, teacher-student interaction, and learning environments in shaping educational outcomes. The findings suggest that while both methods have unique strengths, a blended approach that combines online and traditional techniques may offer the most effective solution for modern language education.
