Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarning kreativ ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish jarayonida STEAM loyihalari (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) ning o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil etiladi. Zamonaviy ta’limda integratsiyalashgan yondashuvlar, o‘qituvchi-talaba munosabatlarini innovatsion, ijodiy va tanqidiy fikrlash asosida tashkil etish zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, bo‘lajak pedagoglarda kasbiy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirishda loyiha asosidagi o‘qitish, interaktiv metodlar, raqamli texnologiyalar va reflektiv usullardan samarali foydalanish yo‘llari yoritiladi. STEAM loyihalari orqali talabalar nafaqat nazariy bilimlarni, balki amaliy muammolarni hal qilish, ijodiy yechimlar topish va tanqidiy tahlil qilish qobiliyatlarini shakllantiradi.
