Abstract
Ushbu maqola maktabgacha ta’lim rahbarlarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini baholashning zamonaviy va innovatsion yondashuvlarini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada o‘z-o‘zini baholash, hamkasblar baholashi, faoliyatga asoslangan baholash, portfel va muqobil baholash, shuningdek 360 darajali fikr-mulohaza kabi texnikalarning samaradorligini ko‘rsatilgan. Shu bilan birga, uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish (UKR) va texnologik kompetensiyaning rahbarlik sifatiga, pedagogik muhit va bolalarning rivojlanishiga ta’siri muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, innovatsion baholash usullarining shaxsaro va jamoaviy ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish, professional rivojlanish madaniyatini rag‘batlantirish va erta bolalik ta’limining sifatini oshirishdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Maqola erta bolalik ta’limi rahbarlarini zamonaviy talablar va murakkab ta’lim muhitiga moslashishda zaruriy bilim va ko‘nikmalar bilan ta’minlashga qaratilgan strategiyalarni taqdim etadi.
