Abstract

Ushbu maqola yorug'likning yutilishiga asoslangan ilg'or analitik usul – spektrofotometriyaning nazariy asoslari, ishlash tamoyillari va uning analitik kimyo, farmatsevtika sanoati hamda tibbiy diagnostikadagi beqiyos ahamiyatini batafsil yoritib beradi. Maqolada elektromagnit nurlanish va modda o'rtasidagi o'zaro ta'sir, Beer-Lambert-Buger (Beer-Lambert-Bouguer) qonuniyatlari, dori preparatlarining tozaligini tekshirish mexanizmlari hamda oqsillar va biokimyoviy moddalar konsentratsiyasini aniqlash kabi jarayonlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, fotometrik analiz usullari va apparatlarining kelajakdagi taraqqiyoti, xususan, sun'iy intellekt (Artificial Intelligence) bilan integratsiyalashuvi, miniatyurizatsiya jarayonlari hamda yuqori texnologiyali klinik uskunalar (mrt apparatlari, o'pkani sun'iy shamollatish uskunalari va neonatal inkubatorlar) tarkibiga noinvaziv datchik sifatida kiritilishi kabi qator innovatsion takliflar ilgari surilgan.
