Abstract
Today, social media is one of the easiest and most affordable ways for local businesses to reach customers. This article explores how small businesses can use social media to promote their products, build relationships with customers, and increase sales. It focuses on practical strategies such as creating engaging content, communicating with customers, and choosing the right platform. The article also explains the importance of planning and consistency in social media marketing. In addition, it discusses real challenges faced by small businesses, especially in Uzbekistan, where digital skills and resources may be limited. Overall, the study shows that even small businesses can succeed if they use social media in a smart and organized way.
