Abstract
Mazkur maqolada masofaviy taʼlim sharoitida kadrlar malakasini oshirish tizimini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida xalqaro tajribalar, xususan rivojlangan davlatlarda qo‘llanilayotgan raqamli platformalar, uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish modellari va kompetensiyaviy yondashuvlar o‘rganildi. Natijada masofaviy taʼlimning samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi asosiy omillar – interaktiv metodlar, sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalari, individual taʼlim trajektoriyasi va monitoring tizimlari aniqlangan. Muallif tomonidan malaka oshirish tizimini modernizatsiya qilish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
