Abstract
Maqolada inkluziv ta’limni boshqarishning samarali modeli, uning tashkiliy tuzilmasi, resurslar va hamkorlik tizimi tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim jarayonida strategik boshqaruv, pedagogik qo‘llab-quvvatlash va maxsus ehtiyojli o‘quvchilarga individual yondashuvning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan.
