Abstract

Mazkur maqolada kriptovalyutalar va blokcheyn texnologiyalarining korporativ moliyaviy boshqaruv tizimidagi o‘rni, ularning nazariy asoslari va funksional xususiyatlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Raqamli aktivlarning kompaniya moliyaviy strategiyasiga ta’siri, tokenizatsiya va smart-kontraktlarning moliyaviy jarayonlardagi roli hamda ularning samaradorlikka ta’siri ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, kriptovalyutalardan foydalanishning iqtisodiy afzalliklari, risklari va rivojlanish istiqbollari tizimli tahlil qilingan.
