Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bolalarda surunkali buyrak kasalliklarida (SBK) dermatoglifik belgilarni o‘rganishning sud-tibbiy diagnostik ahamiyati yoritilgan. Dermatoglifika — barmoqlar, kaft va panjalardagi teri papillari chiziqlarining tuzilishi va konfiguratsiyasini o‘rganadigan fan bo‘lib, irsiy va rivojlanish omillarini aniqlashda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Surunkali buyrak kasalliklarining rivojlanishida genetik predispozitsiya katta rol o‘ynaydi, shu sababli dermatoglifik tahlil orqali kasallikka moyillikni aniqlash imkoniyati mavjud. Tadqiqotda SBK bo‘lgan bolalarda dermatoglifik ko‘rsatkichlarning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari aniqlanib, ularning diagnostik qiymati baholangan. Natijalar sud-tibbiyot amaliyotida bolalarda kasallikning etiologiyasini aniqlash va erta tashxis qo‘yishda qo‘llash imkonini beradi.
