Abstract

Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YQTK) dunyo bo‘yicha o‘limning asosiy sababi bo‘lib, ularning oldini olish sog‘liqni saqlash tizimining ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining asosiy xavf omillari, ularni kamaytirish strategiyalari hamda profilaktika choralarining samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, sog‘lom turmush tarzi, parhez, jismoniy faollik va psixologik salomatlikning YQTK profilaktikasidagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan.
