Abstract
Bolalarda arterial gipertenziya (AG) — pediatriyada nisbatan keng tarqalgan va jiddiy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan yurak-qon tomir kasalligi bo‘lib, u bolaning o‘sish va rivojlanish jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Bolalikdagi gipertenziya ko‘pincha o‘rta va katta yoshdagi odamlarda kuzatiladigan yurak va buyrak kasalliklarining oldindan belgisidir. Shuning uchun bolalarda AG ni erta aniqlash va to‘g‘ri baholash katta ahamiyatga ega. Bu maqolada bolalarda arterial gipertenziyaning asosiy turlari, tashxis usullari, bosqichma-bosqich dastlabki baholash yondashuvlari, shuningdek, kasallikning patofiziologik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Bolalarda qon bosimini o‘lchashda yuzaga keladigan murakkabliklar va xatoliklar ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, pediatrik amaliyotda qon bosimini monitoring qilish usullari, diagnostik mezonlar va pediatrik gipertenziya bilan bog‘liq xavf omillari haqida batafsil ma’lumot beriladi. Ushbu maqola bolalarda AG tashxisi va baholashda klinik va laborator ko‘rsatkichlarni qanday qo‘llash mumkinligi, shuningdek, bemorning individual xususiyatlarini hisobga olish zarurligini ta’kidlaydi. Tashxis va dastlabki baholash yondashuvlari pediatr va kardiologlar uchun samarali davolash va profilaktika choralarini rejalashtirishda muhim yo‘riqnoma bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
