Abstract
Mazkur maqola rivojlangan davlatlar tajribasiga tayangan holda masofaviy ishlash sharoitida samarali jamoa boshqaruvi va yetakchilik strategiyalarini ilmiy asosda tahlil qiladi. U AQSh, Buyuk Britaniya, Norvegiya, Ispaniya va boshqa ilg‘or davlatlar tajribasini o‘rganib, masofaviy ishda yuzaga keladigan muammolar — ishonch yetishmasligi, ijtimoiy izolyatsiya, madaniy to‘siqlar va samaradorlik muammolariga yechim sifatida ilg‘or yetakchilik yondashuvlarini taklif etadi. Tadqiqotda e-leadership, adaptiv va inson markazidagi yetakchilik, shuningdek, transformatsion yetakchilik modellari asosida tavsiyalar berilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada real kompaniyalar tajribasi (GitLab, Automattic, Trip.com) asosida aniq strategik yechimlar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Natijada, masofaviy sharoitda samarali rahbarlik qilish uchun zarur bo‘lgan kompetensiyalar majmuasi va tashkiliy uslublar tizimlashtirilgan.
