Abstract

Inclusive education refers to the practice of teaching all learners, regardless of their physical, cognitive, emotional, or linguistic differences, in the same classroom. In English language teaching (ELT), inclusivity requires specialized methodologies to ensure equal access to learning. This paper explores effective teaching strategies adapted for inclusive classrooms, including differentiated instruction, multisensory approaches, the use of assistive technologies, and collaborative teaching. The challenges and solutions in teaching English to students with special educational needs (SEN) are also examined. The aim is to highlight how inclusive methodologies can foster language development, communication skills, and confidence among all learners.
