Abstract
Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’limda STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) yondashuvini qo‘llash orqali bo‘lajak pedagoglarning innovatsion-kreativ kompetensiyalarini shakllantirish jarayoni tahlil etiladi. STEAM yondashuvining ta’lim jarayonida integratsiyalangan fanlar orqali talabalarning ijodiy fikrlash, muammolarni innovatsion yechish va kreativ loyihalarni ishlab chiqish qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, bo‘lajak pedagoglarda innovatsion-kreativ kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishda motivatsion, interaktiv, loyiha asosidagi va raqamli usullardan samarali foydalanish yo‘llari yoritiladi. Maqola STEAM yondashuvining zamonaviy ta’limdagi rolini va uning bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligiga ta’sirini ko‘rib chiqadi.
