Abstract
Maqolada global strategik o‘zgarishlar jarayonida kompaniya xodimlarini rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy g‘oya shundan iboratki, strategik transformatsiyaning muvaffaqiyati faqat tashkiliy islohotlar bilan emas, balki xodimlarning ichki tayyorgarligi, ishtiroki va ishonchi bilan belgilanadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan klassik motivatsiya nazariyalari zamonaviy global iqtisodiy o‘zgarishlar bilan uyg‘un holda qayta talqin qilinadi.
