Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasasi xodimlarini moddiy va ma’naviy jihatdan rag‘batlantirish tizimini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarining samarali faoliyat yuritishi ta’lim sifatini oshirish, xodimlarning kasbiy motivatsiyasini kuchaytirish va innovatsion faoliyatni rag‘batlantirishda muhim omil sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy boshqaruvda rag‘batlantirish tizimini optimallashtirish yo‘nalishlari, xorijiy tajriba asosida takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
