Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo'lajak o'qituvchilarni tarbiyaviy faoliyatga korporativ tayyorlashning sinergetik asoslari ko'rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda sinergetik yondashuv tamoyillari — o'z-o'zini tashkil etish, attraktiv holat, bifurkatsiya nuqtalari va nolinear dinamika — pedagogik ta'lim muammolariga qo'llanilishining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil etiladi. Korporativ ta'lim texnologiyalari sifatida loyiha asosidagi o'rganish (project-based learning), nazoratsiz o'z-o'zini boshqarish modeli, hamkorlikda professional rivojlanish klasterlari va raqamli sinergetik muhit yaratish usullari tadqiq etiladi. Maqolada 120 ta pedagogika talabalari ishtirokida o'tkazilgan eksperimental tadqiqot natijalari taqdim etiladi. Olingan natijalar sinergetik korporativ tayyorlash modeli an'anaviy yondashuvlarga nisbatan tarbiyaviy kompetentlikni 34,7% ga oshirishini ko'rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagogika ta'limi tizimini modernizatsiya qilish uchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
