Abstract
Mazkur maqolada pedagog kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonida prognozlash kompetensiyasining ijtimoiy-pedagogik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Prognozlash kompetensiyasining mohiyati, uning pedagog shaxsining kasbiy va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatini belgilovchi omil sifatidagi o‘rni asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqotda prognozlash kompetensiyasining ta’lim sifati, o‘quvchilar rivoji va jamiyat ehtiyojlariga mos pedagog kadrlarni tayyorlashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Natijalar prognozlash kompetensiyasini pedagogik ta’limning ustuvor yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida rivojlantirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
