Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot O‘zbekiston turizm industriyasida so‘nggi yillarda keng joriy etilayotgan innovatsion yondashuvlarning tizimli tahlili va ularning iqtisodiy hamda ijtimoiy samaradorligini baholashga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot doirasida raqamli transformatsiya, “Smart Tourism” konsepsiyasi, sun’iy intellektga asoslangan xizmatlar, big data monitoringi, virtual va qo‘shimcha reallik (VR/AR) texnologiyalarining ekskursiya jarayonlariga integratsiyasi hamda barqaror turizmni ta’minlashda ekologik innovatsiyalarning roli chuqur o‘rganildi. Ilmiy izlanish natijalari O‘zbekiston turizm bozorida innovatsion infratuzilmaning shakllanishi turistlar oqimini 18–25 foizga, xizmatlar eksportini esa 1,3 baravarga oshirishga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatganini ko‘rsatadi.
