Abstract
This article analyzes the concept of green economy in Uzbekistan, its essence, relevance, ongoing reforms, existing problems and promising directions. Social, economic and environmental aspects of green economy are considered in interconnection, with special attention paid to solutions based on renewable energy sources, clean technologies and digitalization. The necessity of developing a green development strategy for Uzbekistan based on international experience is substantiated.
