Abstract
Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim tizimida kadrlar iqtidorini rivojlantirish jarayonida liderlik modellari va ularning samaradorlik darajasi ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim muassasalarida inson kapitalini rivojlantirish, boshqaruv tizimida innovatsion yondashuvlarni qo‘llash hamda kadrlar salohiyatini ochish jarayonida transformatsion, transaksion, xizmatkor va tarqatilgan liderlik modellari o‘zaro taqqoslab o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, oliy ta’lim tizimida samarali liderlik modeli nafaqat kadrlar malakasini, balki ularning tashabbuskorligini, ijodkorligini va o‘zini rivojlantirishga bo‘lgan motivatsiyasini oshiradi.
