Abstract

Ushbu tezisda Phaseolus vulgaris o’simligi tarkibidan ajratib olingan lektin quruq ekstrakti tarkibidagi erkin aminokislotalar miqdorini o’rganishda HPLC metodidan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqotlar natijasida quruq ekstrakt tarkibida ko’plab aminokislotalar mavjud bo’lib, ularning eng ko’p miqdori glutamin kislotasiga to’g’ri kelishi  aniqlangan .
