Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson hazm qilish sistemasining asosiy tuzilishi va funksiyalari bilan mediasavodxonlik ko‘nikmalari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik tahlil qilinadi. Hazm qilish jarayonlari organizmning oziqa moddalarni qabul qilishi va energiya olishiga ta’sir qilishi bilan bir qatorda, insonning axborotni qabul qilish va tanqidiy fikrlash qobiliyatini ham qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi. Maqolada sog‘lom ovqatlanish va mediatashuvchilar tomonidan berilgan axborotni tanqidiy qabul qilish o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik ko‘rsatildi. Bundan tashqari, maqolada yoshlar o‘rtasida ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan kelayotgan ma’lumotlarning qanday "hazm" qilinishi va bu jarayonda biologik omillarning (masalan, oziq moddalar yetishmovchiligi) ta’siri tahlil qilinadi.
