Abstract
Ushbu maqola til o‘rganishga bo‘lgan kuchli ehtiros va uni psixologik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qiladi. So‘nggi yillarda ko‘ptillilik inson hayotining ajralmas qismiga aylangan bo‘lsa-da, ayrimlar uchun bu jarayon “qaramlik” shaklida kechadi. Maqolada dopamin tizimi, ichki va tashqi motivatsiya, “oqim holati” (flow state) hamda o‘zlikni izlash jarayoni til o‘rganishdagi asosiy psixologik omillar sifatida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, til o‘rganish qaramligining ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari, inson shaxsiyati va ruhiy barqarorlikka ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Yakunda maqola til o‘rganishni sog‘lom, muvozanatli va ijodiy faoliyat sifatida olib borish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot nafaqat psixologiya, balki ta’lim, lingvistika va shaxsiy rivojlanish sohalarida ham foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
