Abstract
This section explores international and post-Soviet experiences in strengthening the attraction of foreign direct investment (FDI). It examines the key policy reforms, institutional mechanisms, and strategic approaches that have enabled different nations to become favorable destinations for global investors. The analysis focuses on both developed economies and successful post-Soviet states, offering insights applicable to Uzbekistan’s current stage of economic transformation and investment liberalization.
