Abstract
Maqolada mustaqillikdan so‘ng O‘zbekistonda amalga oshirilayotgan nomarkazlashtirish siyosati, mahalla institutining roli va fuqarolik jamiyatini rivojlantirish jarayonlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, Prezident Sh.M. Mirziyoyev tashabbuslari asosidagi boshqaruv islohotlari ko‘rib chiqilib, nomarkazlashtirish demokratik boshqaruv va fuqarolik faolligini kuchaytiruvchi omil sifatida baholangan.
