Abstract
This article explores how modern university conditions enhance the effectiveness of learning. It focuses on digital transformation, infrastructure improvements, and innovative teaching methods. A special emphasis is placed on Bukhara State University (BSU) as an example of educational modernization in Uzbekistan, as well as on the President’s international scholarship programs that provide students with opportunities to study abroad. The study highlights how these developments increase the quality and global competitiveness of higher education.
