Abstract

This article analyzes the significance of corporate management approaches in enhancing the quality monitoring system in higher education. The study was conducted at Fergana State Technical University and highlights how corporate governance principles—such as accountability, transparency, and efficiency—can contribute to improving educational quality. The paper emphasizes the importance of creating a results-oriented, transparent, and effective monitoring system through the use of digital tools and innovative management frameworks. The findings demonstrate that corporate management approaches strengthen responsibility within higher education institutions, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
