Abstract

This article analyzes the role and significance of socio-pedagogical factors in preparing future teachers for educational activities. The influence of the social environment, professional motivation, pedagogical culture, societal demands, and socio-economic conditions on the process of teacher training is examined. The article includes recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education and enhancing the preparation for the teaching profession.
