Abstract
Ushbu tezisda liderlik faoliyatida pedagogik va psixologik kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Shaxsiy o‘zini anglash, emotsional intellekt, samarali muloqot va diagnostika vositalaridan foydalanish orqali o‘qituvchi-liderning kasbiy o‘sishi hamda o‘quvchilarda liderlik sifatlarini shakllantirish imkoniyatlari asoslab beriladi.
