Abstract
ushbu tezis Buxoro shahridagi mehmonxonalar xodimlari malakasining hozirgi ahvoli va uni yaxshilash va oshirish imkoniyatlariga bag'ishlangan. Tezisda mehmonxonalarda ishlayotgan xodimlarning malaka darajasi, ularning ish faoliyatidagi muammolari va mehnat munosabarlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, mehmonxona xo’jaligida xodimlari malakasini oshirish uchun zarur bo'lgan o'quv dasturlari, treninglar va amaliy maslahatlar ko'rsatilgan. Tezisda mehmonxona xizmatlarining sifatini oshirish va mijozlar ehtiyojlariga mos ravishda xodimlarning malakasini takomillashtirishning samarali usullari tavsiya etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Buxoro shahridagi mehmonxona boshqaruvchilari va turizm sohasi mutaxassislarining xodimlar malakasini rivojlantirish bo'yicha qarorlar qabul qilishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
