Abstract

Maqsad: Bronxial astma bilan og‘rigan bolalar va o‘smirlarda akupunktura va nafas mashqlarining simptomlarni kamaytirish hamda nafas yo‘llari funksiyasini yaxshilashdagi samaradorligini o‘rganish. Material va usullar: Tadqiqotga bronxial astma tashxisi qo‘yilgan 60 nafar 5–19 yoshdagi bemor jalb qilindi. Ular ikki guruhga bo‘lindi: 1-guruh – standart davo + ignaterapiya + nafas mashqlari; 2-guruh – faqat standart davo. Davolash kursi 12 hafta davom etdi. Natijalar: 1-guruh bemorlarida astma simptomlarining kamayishi 80% hollarda kuzatildi, 2-guruhda esa bu ko‘rsatkich 50% ni tashkil etdi. Shuningdek, spirometriya ko‘rsatkichlari – FEV1, FVC va PEF – 1-guruhda sezilarli darajada yaxshilangan. Xulosa: Ignaterapiya va nafas mashqlari astmani nazorat qilish, simptomlarni kamaytirish va nafas yo‘llari funksiyasini yaxshilashda samarali yordamchi terapiya hisoblanadi.
