Abstract
The influence of organic solvents of various nature on the enzymatic activity of cell extracts was studied D. desulfuricans B-1388. Enzymatic reduction of hexene-1 in the presence of various surfactants in the atmosphere was carried out СО/Н2 – buffer – octane. It is shown that the direction of the process and the yield of products are affected by the nature of the surfactant. The dynamic structure of the reaction medium was characterized using NMR1 H and EPR spectroscopy.
