Abstract
Sog'liq – bu faqat jismoniy holatning yaxshiligi yoki kasalliklardan holi bo'lishi emas, balki insonning psixologik, ijtimoiy va ruhiy holatini ham o'z ichiga olgan keng tushuncha. Jahon sog'liqni saqlash tashkilotining (JSST) ta'rifiga ko'ra, sog'liq – bu "faqat kasallik yoki nogironlikning yo'qligi emas, balki to'liq jismoniy, aqliy va ijtimoiy farovonlik holati"dir. Bu ta'rifda sog'liqni saqlashning barcha jihatlari, ya'ni jismoniy, ruhiy va ijtimoiy holatning birligi, e'tiborga olinadi.
