Abstract
Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta'lim tashkilotlarida liderlik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Liderlik salohiyatini oshirish uchun doimiy kasbiy rivojlanish, mentorluk va coaching tizimlari, jamoaviy hamkorlik, innovatsion yondashuvlar hamda o‘z-o‘zini baholash metodlari muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Mazkur usullar maktabgacha ta'lim muassasalarining samarali faoliyatini ta’minlash va ta'lim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
