Abstract
Meva va sabzavotlarni quritish jarayonini optimallashtirishda noaniq mantiq (fuzzy logic) yondashuvi muhim rol o'ynaydi. Ushbu tizim parametrlarning o'zgarishini hisobga olib, quritish jarayonini samarali boshqaradi. Noaniq mantiq yordamida quritishning optimal sharoitlari ta'minlanib, energiya samaradorligi oshiriladi va mahsulot sifati yaxshilanadi.
