Abstract
In this article, the importance of the women's rights in society is analyzed, its impact and legal basis to the social work. Women's rights are directly related to gender equality, economic development, political stability and social stability. The article discusses effective mechanisms for religious protection of women's rights on the basis of the local legislation and norms of international law.
