Abstract
Ushbu maqolada emotsional intellekt (EQ) tushunchasining zamonaviy ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi o‘rni va ahamiyati ilmiy yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. EQning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari – o‘z hissiyotlarini anglash, boshqarish, empatiya va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalar – xalqaro tadqiqotlar asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, bolalar orasida emotsional intellektni rivojlantirish usullari, maktab psixologlari va ota-onalarning o‘rni, raqamli texnologiyalar vositasida EQni mustahkamlash imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola amaliy tavsiyalar bilan boyitilgan bo‘lib, u psixologlar, pedagoglar va ota-onalar uchun foydali qo‘llanma sifatida xizmat qiladi.References
